Mistletoe thoughts for my beloved and all my good buddies today!

Watching Shrek today, and looking forward to munching on some green bean (or maybe broccoli?) casserole this evening. Good, hearty, comfort food.

Scotto's Lazy-Man Green Bean Casserole
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 c. milk

  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

  • Dash black pepper

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) French Style Green Beans, drained

  • 1 can ( 2.8 oz.) French Fried onions
In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. Stir in beans and 1/2 can French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Wesley Willis will live on with one of my all-time fave Christmas Ditties.

Paper Sky - Really well made.

Cool Christmas Cubicle. - Looks like something Ol' Robby would've done at CBS Sportsline.

Still Experimenting with Streaming with Newtcam. I can stream the desktop, cam and some other net sites. I can watch Shrek locally, and stream the audio, but the codec doesn't like to throw to the web.

Update - Broccoli casserole it is! Yummy.

Santa.

Ok, set up Newtcam again, a lovely video stream as well and got fancy, by adding a link to winamp streaming audio at the bottom, as well. (Old time radio right now, for the fun of it.) Heck, I might stream Patrick Swayze Christmas episode of MST3k. Get Winamp 5.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a comment in the Toybox from Katt. I agree.. the Artist Smiley http://www.tag-board.com/smilies/22/artist.gif does look a lot like Doug. I look forward to being friendly with her as well as her hubby. (Random kitty factoid: Their cat D'art was a very big part of why I ultimately foster-cared for Newt.)Site Meter

A lovely WWII Christmas story (found to be true via Snopes.)
